Of course, none of this is possible without trust, which is why I value my integrity and relationships above all else. What is shared with me stays with me—I am a vault.

In my own life, I’ve worn many hats and played many roles. I’ve been the ambitious professional, the overwhelmed parent, the grieving daughter and everything in between. For years, I wrestled with the idea of needing a tidy, one-line label to describe myself. Now, I embrace the fact that I don’t fit neatly into any one box.

This flexibility has become my greatest strength. It allows me to connect deeply with people from all walks of life and offer them the support and understanding they need to move forward.
